Viking Health Company disclaims liability for injuries, health complications, or adverse effects incurred through service usage.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:


Viking Health Company, including its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities—arising from the use or inability to use the Viking Health Company platform. Liability is capped at the amount paid by the member for Viking Health services and is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.


MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING DISCLAIMER:


Viking Health Company's Mobile Personal Training (MPT) services may occur in member-selected environments, including homes, workplaces, or residential facilities. Members are solely responsible for maintaining a safe, hazard-free space for training. Participation in on-site fitness sessions carries inherent risks, and members voluntarily assume full responsibility for their health, safety, and property.


Cancellations or reschedules must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full. Members are required to schedule all sessions for the month in advance to ensure trainer availability and program consistency.


Viking Health Company and ConnorRichFit disclaim liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from unsafe premises, equipment misuse, or failure to disclose relevant health information.


CANCELLATION POLICY:


Members may cancel their subscriptions by providing written notice to
support@vikinghealth.world at least 7 days before the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Annual memberships are non-refundable. Viking Health Company reserves the right to terminate memberships without prior notice in case of policy violations or threats to the community's safety.
